Job Description
1)You will be responsible for maintaining existing business of Henkel Loctite & develop new customers / New applications in existing customers.
2)You are 100% Responsible for achieving the Monthly & Annual target set by Management.
3)Order Processing & Inventory Management.
4)Financial management. ( Collect the payments from the customer within specified terms)
5)Relationship Building with all Key accounts.
6)Reporting to Branch manager & Marketing Director.
7)Daily reporting to Henkels Sales Engineer
8)We expect a minimum of 10-12 calls in a day for the first 6 months.
9)Negotiate Rate and Payment terms with customer, before finalizing order.
10)Daily, Weekly & Monthly, Planning for Targets & Visits with the help of Branch Manager & Company Engineers.
11) Achieve the minimum monthly target set as per mutual agreement.
12) Collect and maintain Competitors activity data
(Company, Product, Prices, Manpower, Customers, Market share with a swot analysis)
