• To Assist Company Secretary in the compliances matter of the company
• Key Annual deliverables or Statutory Action Points or Statutory Compliances or Statutory Filings with Regulator (RBI or BSE or SEBI)
• To provide information to Statutory Auditors.
• To provide info to Due Diligence Auditors (DDA) required by bankers through Treasury.
• Share sold or purchased report-Weekly.
• Compliance Tracker.
• Statutory Registers and records
