Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide splendid customer services to customers in a friendly and courteous manner at all times. - Adherence to quality and compliance guidelines. - Ability to take quick decisions and respond to Customer inquiries and ensuring that the Customer's Issues are attended promptly and all their concerns are resolved immediately.

Desired Candidate Profile

Min 1 year any banking related experience

Graduate/undergraduate eligible

Compensation

Min 1 year experience upto 3,50,000 per anum

Min 2 year experience upto 4,30,000 per anum

Shift :Rotational 24/7

Work Days: 5.5 days working with Rotational week offs.
