Joining : Immediately
Understand the project and plan the strategy of marketing. Plan for implementation.
Implementation & evaluating the marketing strategies for the products.
Monitoring and tracking promotional activities, analyzing the effectiveness.
Identifying and Selection of external agencies as per the marketing strategies.
Negotiating and finalizing with vendors for rates, timeline, and ensuring smooth and timely execution.
Ensuring maintenance & preparation of MIS of marketing.
Creating detailed Campaign report after every campaign which includes the Concept, Expected outcome, achieved outcome, incentives, employee performance, etc. and Design collaterals
Ensuring document control and distribution regarding marketing
Helping sales team to achieve the target.
In consonance with the seniors, identify and evaluate new market and partnership opportunities through direct prospecting, networking, participation with various industry and professional groups and networking associations.
Creating incentive structure for sales & marketing team & CPs, monitoring the same
Developing and maintaining effective relationship with media, bankers, channel partner and brokers.
Evaluating and understanding the best effective marketing strategy and tools
Achieving targets and taking Ownership
Deciding marketing means and procedures
