1 . RFQ stage costing for welding SPMs, jigs&fixtures, line set up, material handling equipment

2 . Welding Machines, jigs/fixtures &equipment's planning, design approval &development for lines &child part

3 . Line Layout & Facility planning, manpower planning &training & complete line set up

4 . Take time, cycle time & Run at Rate Study, Ergonomics study on line & at child part manufacturing station.

5 . Process Qualification study, Line Trials at meeting all customer Quality & Delivery requirements

6 . Packing & logistics development & sign off with customer & Implementation of customer feedback

7 . Process documentation & design standardization. Prepare TGW & TGR

8 . Hand Over from Development to Regular respective Departments (All Depts)

9 . Strong Coordination with in Departments/CFT to meet APQP targets, meet Profitability targets at all stages of development,
