Role and Responsibilities:
- To take care of NHT batches
- New hire communication training , floor support.
- Meet with trainees on a regular basis to support training efforts
- Observes service behaviour of employees and provides feedback to individuals and managers
- Evaluating Training Programs Effectiveness
- Measures transfer of learning from training courses to the operation
- Identifies performance gaps and works with managers to develop and implement appropriate training to improve performance
- Establishes guidelines so employees understand expectations and parameters. Develops specific training to improve service performance
- Training Throughput - Percentage of people hitting the floor after meeting the effectiveness criteria
- Training Effectiveness (0- 30 days performance) -measured by the percentage of trainees achieving the Quality/CSAT/Productivity
- Monthly Product Knowledge Assessment on floor
- Refresher training with efficiency mapping
Should be flexible with night Shifts
