Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
- Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Router and switches.
- Managing and Maintaining the Routers, Switches, Firewalls, Wireless, Access point & servers etc.
- Network Protocol used as BGP, MPLS, OSPF, VLAN, ACL, Quality of Services, SNMP, TACACS Servers.
- New Cisco Router installation, Integration, swapping and port swapping.
- Configuration VLANs, CCTV Cameras, Video Confessing system as per customer requirements.
- Configuration NAT, PAT, site-to-site VPN as per business requirement.
- Maintain and Installation of LAN, WAN and WI-FI networks.
- Provide support to concern teams for the immediate restoration of site/link and ERT for customer communication, share the Reason for Outage with NOC team/Upper Management.
- Handle end-to- end Severity 1 incidents for accounts; acted as a center focal point for all departments during Severity 1 incident and ensured speedy results.
- Planning all changes through stakeholder engagement, analysis and participation
- Keeping track of critical or major incidents and sharing RCA with customers.
- Ensure all the customer complaints/issues are identified, to prepare Action plan for all Complaints received and drive till closure along with PM.
