Assists the CEO with daily administrative duties and completes a broad variety of administrative tasks that include managing an active calendar of appointments; completing expense reports; composing and preparing correspondence; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries and agendas.
Should have good communication as well as written skills
Exposure in preparation of power point presentations and EXCEL is must
Knowledge on Photoshop is an added advantage
Support to operational teams of various projects with required information, reports,
MIS Data Analysis & Reporting in various forms on sales, Support, operations, ISO documentation, Drafting of vendor agreements
Letters & Proposals As per requirement
Coordination with other branches & other departments
Processing of Tour Expenses / Local conveyance etc. claims of Department employees
