Job Description
We are looking for talented freshers, to be a part of QualtechEdge erstwhile Qualtech Consultants pvt ltd (Software and Product development company in Noida) for the position of Trainee. Shortlisted candidates will be undergone a training programme of 3 months. During training, candidates will be given the stipend of Rs 7500 per month. On Successful completion of training, candidates will be offered the permanent position with a package of 1.84 LPA . Offered candidates need to serve the bond of 18 months. Interview Process-
Step-1- Interested candidates can take the online aptitude test on 10th or 11th April anytime between 10am to 9 pm through Studybud using below link. Test duration - 1 hr

Job location could be anywhere in Delhi/NCR. Candidate has to be open for Delhi/NCR. Training will be provided virtually. Candidates have to use their personal laptop during training period and company will provide system once the office premises open.

a) Software Developer-
- Good understanding of software development concepts
- Good programming skills in C/C++/ Oracle/Java/ AWS/ .Net/ Sql Server/ Reactjs/ Nodejs/ Ionic/ Ruby on rails/ Mobile Apps/ or any other language
- Strong Knowledge of SDLC principles
- Good Analytical and Communication Skills
b) Business Analyst-
- Excellent Communication and Analytical skills
- Ability to interact with client
- Elicitation of the business requirement and ability to convert those requirements into system requirements
- Good understanding of SDLC
c) Software Testing-
- Excellent Communication and Analytical skills
- Good knowledge of manual testing
- Good knowledge of SDLC and STLC
Stipend- Rs 7,500 stipend(Per month) will be paid during the 3months of training program
Salary- On successful completion of training program, you will be offered annual gross package of Rs 1.84 Lac
Bond - There will be a bond of 18months
