We have vacancy for Senior Engineer/Shift Engineer/Senior Technician/Technician at Indapur, Pune

Experience

ITI - 8+ years

Diploma 5+ years

Education- ITI(MMTM/Fitter) ,Diploma (Electrical,Mechanical)

JD-

Experience in handling Machine shop (Grinding, polishing, Turning) maintenance Preferably in Powertrain / crankshaft independently. should be in transmission m/c shop / CNC Grinding machine shop / CNC Machine building.

1.Hands on experience in dealing Grinding and Polishing machines fitted with measuring probes(Marposs ), Balancing, turning and machining center.

2. Familiar with mechanical and Hydraulic systems such as Hydrostatic spindle / Grinding machine spindles / ball screws / axis slides and filtration systems.

3.Clear understanding on Breakdown maintenance, Preventive maintenance, Corrective maintenance, predictive maintenance and measuring parameters like MTBF, MTTR and OEE and implementing the same.

4.Known to Collecting Predictive data for various critical machines.

5.Good understanding on analytical skill, problem solving techniques

6.Familiar with ISO / TS 16949 standards.

7.Familiar with system parameters for geometrical corrections.

8.Exposure to CNC machines equipped with Fanuc O i / Siemens 840 / Siemens PLC / Messung PLC.

9. Able to read & write the mechanical, hydraulic drawing
