Desired Candidate Profile
Able to install and configure Oracle database in Linux environment
Should be conversant with Oracle database architecture
Fluent in Oracle RMAN backup process related to full, incremental and backup of Archive logs
Should have good knowledge in restoration and recovery of database using RMAN backups
Fluent in EXPDP and IMPDP
Have been involved in proactive monitoring related to CPU utilization, Memory utilization, Sessions, Space management
Able to provide insight into DB performance issues using AWR and ADDM reports
Able to resolve issues with Oracle metalink using AWR, and various alert logs
Configure and troubleshoot LISTENER and connectivity issues
Full knowledge in dealing with tablespace, data files, user-role-profile management,
Should have good background knowledge of either LINUX, AIX and/or Solaris
Installation, configuration, and troubleshooting RAC
Configuration of ASM
Oracle dataguard
