Job Description

1.Sound knowledge and Hands on experience of injection molding process, molding machine set up, operation and trouble shooting.

2.Knowledge of molding tools/dies, their upkeep and preventive maintenance. Coordinate with molding team regarding maintenance and repair of tooling and equipment.

3.Responsible for customer Audits & events during initial product development.

4.Responsible of New product tooling trials during at initial stage & corrective action (if required)

5.Exposure to utility maintenance areas like DG Sets, Air Compressors, Civil , chiller, cranes,UPS and lighting work,
