Job Description
Hardware & Network
a. Troubleshoot reachability Issues. Validate Hardware errors by use of Show commands and Verifying
b. Communicate with vendors / OEM for replacements / upgrades of HW / Application.
c. Trouble shoot issues independently & guide the team members for resolution
d. Handle situations at times of incidents while communicating with business
VPN
a. Configuring VPN tunnels, hashing algorithm understanding.
b. Perform changes upon request, document and educate team on the changes.
c. Packet captures on VPN device and end user devices.
Proxy
a. Install and Setup proxy servers according to the customer requirement.
b. Acquire Knowledge on the entire environment, document and transfer the same through trainings.
Firewall
a. Install and setup Firewall according to the customer environment. ( Customization)
b. Optimization of the rule sets
c. Triage with Different teams to implement new projects.
d. Multitenant Architecture, Application security Architecture
Load Balancing
a. Differentiate: Local Traffic Manager and Global Traffic Manager
b. Install and Setup Load Balancing as per Customer requirements ( Customization)
c. Configure Custom load balancing rules Ex: I rules
d. Triage With Server teams to identify and isolate nodes Technical Skills
a. Network Components, Devices (F)
b. Virtual Private Network (VPN) connection
