Portal & LinkedIn)and validating them on their experience and interest on the role. LateralHiring:IdentifyingrightcandidateswithrequiredSkillsetandexperienceand
makesurethatitshouldmatchwiththerequirementasperthejobdescription.

• Responsible for Bulk hiring KPO.

Staffing:PreparingRequisitiongatheringtemplateandsendingittocorresponding
sourcingleadtoinitiatethesourcing.Shortlistingtheprofilessourcedandsendingitto
the respective hiring managers. Hiringinputs:Meetinghiringmanagerstounderstandnicheskillprofiles. HRRound:ConductingHRroundfortheselectedcandidatesandnegotiatingsalarieson
company standards. MIS:Preparingreportsonthenoofclosure,internalmovements,andofferdecline
numberstoensuretheflowofworktoreachtheaspirerates.Sendingweekly,Monthly
and quarterly head count and hiring report, VendorManagement:Coordinatedwithvariousmanpowerconsultantstoprocure
resourcesforitsoperationsacrossIndia,generalscreeningofthecandidatesprofile,
short-listing them for the interviews, worked on portals. A brief introduction to the Company policies & procedures, code
of conduct, HR policies & enrolling them to PF & Medical
insurance Policy.
