-Receive, evaluate, and answer customer inquiries.
-Handling the emails from Customers
Desired Candidate Profile
Graduation is mandatory
Good Communication skills and Good Market knowledge is must
Experience in Customer Care in Broking industry is must
NISM 7 certification would be an added advantage
