HR Admin executive is responsible for offer generation, onboarding, entering the employee details into the portal / HRIS, Cleanse the data accordingly, respond to enquires made by employees - related to leave balance, attendance discrepancies etc.
Must have experience in handling employee relations and Statutory Compliance
Self motivated and independent in taking up responsibilities and accountability.
Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, Excel To be successful in this role, you should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of HR Best Practices.
