1. Market Research: Identify& develop potential customer segments; Maintain and analyze customer &competitor database.
2. Plan and execute Digital Marketing (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, Phone, & Other platforms); have knowledge of other media marketing.
3. Develop strategy, tactics, marketing and sales plan, and documentation in coordination with other team members for the Products/Services Given.
4. Creative Content Writer, who has exceptional communication, writing, and verbal skills.
5.Promotion, pre-sales and sales of online solutions/products: Carry out cold-calls to prospective customers, provide online demonstrations, visit customer sites for face-to-face demonstrations, close sales, support new customers with solution installation & configuring, coordinate with the technical team to provide technical support services to customers.
6.Techno Commercial Activities: Coordinate with Senior Sales &Marketing Executive and Technical Teams [R&D and Technical Delivery/Support] to achieve the targets.
7. Assist Senior Sales &Marketing Executive in IGSAs sales, marketing, market research, customer interface, and communication activities.
8. Participate in Exhibitions, Trade shows, Online Conferences/Webinars/etc.
9. Meet the targets set by the managements with respect to closure of sales, number of new customers, number of solutions/services sold to existing customers, and retention of customers.

UG: B.B.A / B.M.S - Management
