Legal Manager @ Thirumeni Finance

Desired Candidate Profile

1) Legal Manager will be an individual role
2) He/she needs to review the legal risks involved in various business deals and share the same with
the management/ credit authority
3) He/She must have knowledge on legality of property belong to society, trust, individual,commercial, industrial, Laldora, Khasra Khatoni properties, property from revenue records, SR office,Authority office, local bodies etc. And accordingly advice and deal with our external vendor.
4) He/She must raise legal approval as per approval grid of Thirumani finance Pvt limited and seek necessary approvals from Risk Head.
5) He Must have at least LLB as his minimum qualification and should be able to fight litigation in courts for delinquent customers and must have good hand experience in SARFEASI handling.
6) He/She is required to handle various legal matters after understanding the clients case
7) He/She needs to offer advice on properties to be kept as mortgage
8) He/She needs to review the and draft the legal policy for north and must have in-depth knowledge of properties pertain to entire north india for lending purpose
9) He/She is involved in hiring members for the legal department after assessing their skills and abilities
10) He/She is required to train the newly joined staff members on various legal aspects
11) He/She needs to provide legal advice to the management on risk assessment of mortgage and update of latest amendments in law particularly in mortgage industry
12) Legal Manager is required to analyze the risks while signing new loan deals
13) He/She needs to analyze legal information and do the essential paper work
14) Legal Manager is required to handle litigation management with courts and third party legal vendors
15) He/She is required to review contracts and agreements and see to it that they comply with the legal norms
16) Legal Manager is required to deal with external law authorities/ Vendors/ hire legal agencies/train them as per our internal policy requirement.
17) He/She need to clear vendor bills after signing and proper audit of bills as raised by the legal vendor

UG:   LLB - Law
