Job Description

COMPANY PROFILE :

EPC wing of client include Design, Engineering, Supply, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Substations (both AIS & GIS) on Turnkey basis up to 400 kV. P T Proj. from 66 kV to 400 kV through Underground Cabling.

JOB DESCRIPTION :

Resp. for international tendering & B/D for EPC div.

Exp. in placing technical and commercial bids and general quotations for EPC div.

Sourcing tenders from online portals.

End to end processing through GEMs.

Follow Co. tendering process.

Contact EPC contractors/agents.

Prepare high quality tender documentation.

New customer/client development.

Attend tenders opening & price negotiation.

Prepare rationalized research & report on the competitive info, price quotation.

Liaise with external suppliers and vendors.

End to end Bid management

Review draft tender documents to ensure all systems/components of tender are incl.

Develop tender cost summaries incl. equipment/materials & labour calculations.

Keep track of new projects.

Must have Min. 60% throughout in career
