Job Description:

• The incumbent shall be responsible to hire high quality talent for in-house vacancies at KPIT.
• The incumbent shall be hiring for specialized automotive technologies such as Embedded systems, AUTOSAR, Functional Safety, ADAS etc. Should be able to pick up after initial handholding/ training.
• Will have to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for the given set of positions. Right from sourcing to joining.
• Should be well versed in using an ATS.
• Should be well versed with Boolean & Keyword search on Naukri & LinkedIn.
• Experience in hiring for automotive technologies shall be highly preferred, such as Embedded Systems, AUTOSAR, Functional Safety, ADAS, Matlab, MBD etc.
• Should have experience in successfully hiring for popular IT skills like Java, C++, iOS, Android, Web Developers, QA Automation Testing, Scrum Masters, Project Managers etc.
• Timely submission/ preparation of MIS/ data
• Able to multitask and work on niche/ critical requirements of the business.
• Should be flexible & willing to work on Saturdays whenever business needs arise such as urgent requirements, weekend drives etc.
• Well spoken, bold & must have good communication skills.
• Good in MS Excel, PPT and able to draft formal emails.
