Position: APAC IT Recruiter
Experience : 3-5 Yrs. relevant exp into APAC hiring
Location: Bangalore (willing to work from office)
Notice Period : Immediate to 30 Days
Language Specificity: Japanese N3 Level (Read & Write)
Job Description:
- APAC 3-5 yrs. preferably looking for the candidate having Recruitment experience in handling requirements from IT / Engineering Domain(Telecom, Automotive, Embedded)
- Extensive experience in end to end recruitment cycle like Source, evaluate, qualify, submit and follow up to candidate deployment, for countries like Japan, Singapore ,Australia, Hong Kong, Philippines, etc.
- Identify and submit qualified candidates based on the provided job description.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition / description for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants from the delivery consultant.
- Identify and implement sourcing strategies based upon the job position by creatively conducting research and/or utilizing a multitude of resources
- Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline using research, networking, database mining, etc. for prospective applicants
- Having used social media and recruiting tools to source technology resources.
- Technically screening profiles according to the job specifications, Interview Scheduling and follow - ups.
Desirable:
Should have strong experience in hiring IT professionals in countries like Japan, Singapore, Malaysia, Australia,
Hong Kong, Philippines etc
