Roles and Responsibilities

Position Title Faade Design Engineer

Location - Magarpatta City, Pune

Scope and responsibilities

• Prepares detailed customer service drawings, elevations of faade systems
• Reviews contractual documents to determine scope of work and scope change

Prepares detailed manufacturing drawings with BOM

Desired Candidate Profile

Required qualification, skills and experiences:

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering, any professional courses in designing will be an added advantage.
• Minimum 5-6 years of hands on experience in reading & drafting architectural layouts related faade system.
• Working experience in faade systems at least 3-4 years of working experience in AutoCAD.

AutoCAD Mechanical is an added advantage.

• Good knowledge and hands on experience of drawing presentation, Elevation presentation, critical dimensioning, view presentations and parts list preparation.
• Good knowledge of concept design with manufacturing feasibilities.
• Good knowledge of material selection, bought out parts selection, hardware/fasteners selection.
• Experience in working with multiple discipline projects (Multitasked).
• Good knowledge of shop floor activities like drawing releases & design troubleshooting.
• Must have Quality checking experience engineering drawings, BOM, Layouts
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English (verbal, written, and presentation skills).
• Working knowledge of ERP system will be an added advantage.

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment is essential, with a high degree of flexibility and tolerance of change.
