Senior Software Engineer - Bengaluru/Bangalore @ Microsoft

Responsibilities

• Provide strong tenical leaderip, raise e tenical bar, maintain data and results-driven culture, nurture a team culture ofi collaboration and trust
• Drive long-term aritecture and detailed design forily scalable distributed systems wi simplicity and maintainability as core tenets.

• Collaborate across Azure to develop platforms atelp simplify management and monitoring of Edge devices at scale.
• Communicate effectively and partner well wi oer disciplines of e project team to deliveri quality solutions from ideas to production code.
• Write exemplary code working wi large scale distributed systems wi quality, simplicity, and maintainability as core tenets.
• Mentor and develop engineers across all levels rou aring and learning.
• Be a role model for open,  and inclusive approa to problem solving.

• 12 + years ofands-on software design and coding experience
• 3+ years of experience developing, deploying, and monitoring cloud services.
• Demonstrated success as tenical lead for large, complex projects to successful delivery. 

• An entrepreneurial spirit wi a can do attitude a self-starte r , project finier and adaptive, collaborative
• Solid design and coding skills wi a bias for aritecture at scale.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work across teams. 
• Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, AWS or similar cloud computing platforms is preferred.
• Prior experience working on C#, Java or similar.

• Baelor s/Master s Degree or equivalent in Computer science or related field required.
