Reviewing process/systems in order to understand barriers and providing possible solutions.
To assist in performance improvement initiatives, conducting external research into good practice and new ideas.
Formulating employee grievance handling mechanism.
Assisting in designing /implanting of complete HR Policy for HO and for Site with all statutory policy.
HR System & Process:
Implementation of HRMS module customization and ongoing maintenance.
Payroll Processing:
Taking care of end to end payroll processing, employee life cycle management, statutory payments and liaisoning with Govt. body.
Monitoring Bio-Metric - Monthly attendance report periodically for verification & finalization.
Timely and error free payroll processing and addressing to grievances.
Coordination with all site HR and training them on changes in process.
FnF and Exit process management
Performance Appraisal:
Taking care of performance appraisal process, preparing Goal sheets, Identification of KRA & KPI at the organizational level
Conducting in Half Yearly and end of year reviews
HR MIS:
Formulating different HR reports and dashboard as per management requirements
Recruitment and selection:
Leading the recruitment process for Site recruitment.
Supporting HO recruitment team for hiring key position through Portal/Consultant/Campus drive as per the desired Skills.
Salary and designation bench-marking for Site Recruitment.
Getting employment verification done from previous organizations of the finalized candidates.
