Roles and Responsibilities
You will head Sales & Marketing of Pharma new launching Generics Business which is for a reputed Pharma Company based at Bhopal. You will be responsible for handling Profit and Loss, Sales & marketing, achieving Top Line and Bottom Line, Business Development, Retention & Development of Team and Launching of New Products. You will be also responsible to double this business.
Desired Candidate Profile
B.Sc or B. Pharma with MBA in Marketing having 8-15 years of experience in Pharma Sales & Marketing of which last 3-4 years as AM Sales & Marketing handling Pharma Generics Business at Indore Location. You should be good in Strategy Management, Business Planning, Complete Profit & Loss, Marketing & Sales Plan , Budgeting and executing the same on Pan India Basis . You should be good in expanding Generics Business and establishing the Business on PAN India Basis
Job description
1. Activation of new outlets will be the key job responsibility of ASAM.
2. Follow up for Secondary sales and achievement of outlet wise target.
Desired Skills required:-
Candidate is required good communication (Written and Verbal) and should be confident.
Must have the Graduate/ Post Graduate Degree.
Should have prior experience of at least 5 years in Channel Sales /retail preferably covering allopathic chemist counters & Stockiest Management.
Should have complete geographic knowledge of retail counters.
Should be hard working and should be able to work in a disciplined manner.
Good communication and selling skills is compulsory.
Should carry valid driving license and own two- wheeler is compulsory.
