• Software Installation/configuration and troubleshooting. 
• Optimization to increase the overall performance of End user machine. 
• VPN Client / Wi-Fi Configuration and troubleshooting.
• Experienced working and troubleshooting of Virus infected machines. 
• Knowledge of Network Printer's and its troubleshooting steps.
• Knowledge of MS-Office issues and troubleshooting steps.
• Excellent skill on installting and turboleshooting of Desktop Windows
• Responsible provide technical assistance to users
• Configuring & troubleshooting of LAN setup
• Good Knowledge of Hardware Installation & Troubleshooting
• Knowledge of OS (Win7,Win 8,&win10) & Standard Application - Installation, configuration & Troubleshooting.

Education:

UG:   B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization, BCA - Computers

PG:  Post Graduation Not Required

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
