Desired Candidate Profile


Roles and responsibilities 

Implementing people strategy for all business functions and verticals
Build successful relationships with key internal and external stakeholders
Drive talent acquisition with strict adherence to set recruitment processes
Manage recruitment costs by adopting right talent and sourcing channels
Conducting employee orientation, induction and facilitating newcomers joining formalities
Provide advice and support on disciplinary and grievance matters as appropriate and application of people policies (e.g. disciplinary, grievance, attendance etc.)
Assist in the performance management reviews across each department and implement agreed action plans as required
Collaborate with the functional/departmental HODs to ensure effective training and development plans in place for individuals and teams

Education:

UG:   Any Graduate - Any Specialization

PG:  Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization,

Doctorate:  Doctorate Not Required
