Roles and responsibilities
1.HR operation
2.Joining Formalities, Induction & Appointment letter for all new joiners.
3.Providing Induction Training to New Joiners
4.Working on employee databases and maintaining employee files and trackers
5.Designing Salary Breakup, Payroll Processing, Attendance & Leave Record, HR Registers, Files
6.MIS Preparation and sending various reports.
7. Prepare and submit all relevant HR letters/ documents/ certificates as per the requirement of employees in consultation with the management
8. Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.
9.Payroll reporting to meet internal and statutory obligations.
10.Able to handle all the EPF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Statutory Compliance Reconciling statutory reports i.e. PF, ESIC, PT and coordinating with Finance Team for timely payment
11.Calculation and processing of termination payments
12. Conducting Employee Engagement Activities as and when required.
13. Be able to work independently with minimum instructions
14.Responsible for Training & Development related activities
15.Good English Communication skill
16. Good personality should be polite
Education:
UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
PG: Any Postgraduate - Any Specialization,
Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required,
