Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities Project / program management duties in the training tools technical realm
Oversight of large-scale technical launches in the training tools technical realm
Collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project success
Data tracking and provision of metrics
Interfacing with Analytics and Platform teams to ensure accuracy and timely deliver of dashboards and platforms in support of the Training strategy
Continuous improvement of training technical systems and integrations
Communicating detailed project updates to varied audiences (from Training team members to senior management)
Requirement:
program management experience in the scope, design, deploy and testing of technology and tools, be it Training or Operational, across a global audience
Examples of technology you will be working with: Learning Record Store (LRS), Learning Experience Platform (LXP), xAPI, Training Management System (TMS)
3+ years experience with project planning tools Examples: Asana, Smartsheets, Jira
3+ years experience in the coaching and mentoring of peers on project/program management best practices
Experience with API integrations
