Roles and Responsibilities
Candidate should have :
- Experience in Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, Marketing Cloud & Analytic Cloud)
- Focus on thorough tracking of status to identify and address issues
- You must be technically sound to work independently and with the technical staff to develop and implement plans to manage tasks, priorities, and dependencies and have ability to identify opportunities for follow-on projects
- Hands-on experience to manage the schedule, scope and budget for projects
- Work with multiple teams to align resources and build projects.
- You will be the main point of contact with clients for answering questions and connecting them with technical resources as needed
- You must have experience building a timeline, guide a client through the process and establish rapport with them.
- Ability to translate client needs into technical requirements, and technical questions into language the client can understand.
- Hands-on with wide variety of projects and manage workload across all projects,
- Collaboration with technical and non-technical team members to complete small projects with a straightforward objective and large projects with a large number of requirements and a less clear end state.
