Job Description

We are looking for Freelance Recruiter for our Indian End to End Recruitment Division. Past experience in End to End recruitment like staffing/recruitment consultant is mandatory.
We are paying highest incentives for IT or Non IT Recruitment.

This will be purely home based work.
We are hiring for our Indian Recruitment Segment
Experience required atleast 1 year to 5 years in End to End recruitment.
KRA:
Ability to recruit nationwide, Proven success as a Technical Recruiter. Should be able to Source candidates directly through Job boards and other social media sites. Good understanding of IT and technical positions, application development & infrastructure positions
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from initial job brief through to onboarding.
Use direct methods to attract and source top talent across a variety of technology functions and roles. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages. Experience of direct sourcing using a variety of methods including engaging passive talent.
