Ability to recruit nationwide, Proven success as a Technical Recruiter. Should be able to Source candidates directly through Job boards and other social media sites. Good understanding of IT and technical positions, application development & infrastructure positions
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from initial job brief through to onboarding.
Use direct methods to attract and source top talent across a variety of technology functions and roles. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate subsequent interview stages. Experience of direct sourcing using a variety of methods including engaging passive talent.
