Designation:
Quality Analyst
Required Skills:
Minimum 1-2 years of experience in quality domain
Knowledge of QC Tools, SIPOC, etc.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English & Hindi
(additional regional language will be added advantage Gujarati, Marathi, Assamese, Oriya, etc.)
Sound knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel, Word, and PPT)
Experience in Incident Management, change order management, E-commerce, and
stakeholder management are a plus
Job Requirements:
Candidates should be customer service oriented & should have prior knowledge of
customer care processes and techniques
Keen eye for detail & good aptitude for fact finding
Excellent coaching skills and understanding of quality methods and tools (TNIs, score
calculations, parameters ratings, etc.)
Good Feedback skills (written && verbal) with effective articulation of work-on observed
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Must possess great interpersonal skills in order to interact with different teams and
stakeholders within the organization
Good Aptitude skills- reasoning and logical
Basic knowledge about 7 QC tools && basic understanding about problem solving skills
(six sigma knowledge will be an added advantage)

Shift Details:
Days and hours of work: 6 days, 9 hour shift within the given working window.
Working Window- 8:00 am - 8:00 pm
Salary Package is as follows:
Monthly CTC - Up to 27K (Take home 23K)
