US IT Recruiter- Internship
Job Description
Work Location: Hyderabad
Description
Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling IT requirements from US based clients.
Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions.
Sourcing from Job Portals (Monster, Dice), Making job postings on the Job Portal.
Responsible to work on Contract, Permanent & C2H (Contract to Hire) position.
Responsible for achieving a good conversion ratio of submitting into interview and placement.
Validation of Resumes for experience and verification of work status
Calling the candidates, Screening /reviewing profiles that looks suitable for the Skill set Taking up their Details and submitting the same to the Client HR via the Team lead.
Briefing the Candidates with the Interview Process.
Scheduling and Rescheduling on the Interviews.
Follow-up with Candidates.

Work Timings:
Must be willing to work in US timings.

Skills required:
Effective interpersonal and communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Must be proactive & self-driven.

Education:

UG: B.Com - Commerce, B.Sc - Any Specialization, B.Tech/B.E. - Any Specialization

PG: MBA/PGDM - Any Specialization
