Job Purpose
Actively manage the Commercial line portfolio through management of claims reported to Zone in an effective, timely manner with complete adherence to process/compliance/financial authority guidelines.
At the same time grooming a second line within team by mentoring, guiding the individual team members appropriately for organizational benefit.
Roles and Responsibilities

• Support business by adding value to the claims process for respective Zone/SC
• Manage TAT/Disposal and other parameters for the location
• Develop and nurture relationships with corporate clients/distributor channels
• Take up technical initiatives/projects
• Meet corporate clients for technical discussions on high value claims
• Identifying and implementation of loss minimization measures.
• Support Zonal offices in handling their claims portfolio, maintaining TAT/disposals
• Identifying opportunities to build efficiency in day to day working through process review and study of industry best practices
• Analysis of portfolio/risks on the basis of data/reports
• Compliance with quality/handling audits external and internal
• Preparing/conducting training programme for various participant profile
• Effectively handling customer grievances without further escalation.
• Effectively handle litigation cases with CO opinion as and when required
