Job Description
Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience developing and launching software products.
- Experience with Technical Program Management on cross-functional projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Prior experience in contact center tools and software products.
- Knowledge of scripting tools like SQL/Python and data analytics.
- Strong negotiation and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; strong presentation skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects using your engineering expertise. Responsibilities include anticipating bottlenecks, risk control, timely escalation, project prioritization, balancing business needs and technical constraints, management and reduction of operational costs, and tracking overall program status. You will be a force multiplier, responsible for designing the process that will help the entire organization operate efficiently. You are expected to develop domain knowledge in Case Management and leverage that expertise to further the team's mission.

Responsibilities
- Manage programs involving cross-functional teams, focusing on launching new product features.
- Partner with product management, engineering, and client solutions teams in developing, managing, and monitoring an integrated roadmap of multiple releases.
- Facilitate discussions on effort estimation and project schedule and communicating status to stakeholders.
- Drive end-to-end product feature launch process, ensuring that security, privacy, accessibility, and other reviews are completed and issues are resolved.
- Coordinate program planning and quarterly planning efforts.
