Job Description

We are looking for Executive -Payroll

Job Highlights

Experience: 2-3 years

Location: Chennai( Kolathur)

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
PAYROLL PROCESS
Responsible for Staff salary process for 1500 employees
Payroll Process we use Saral paypack software.
Responsible for Casual Labour salary process for 300 employees.
Responsible for end to end payroll Management like Employee Salary Processing, monthly salary report, salary calculation and deductions, leave info & salary deductions, pay scale and increment information, Attendance, Maintain pay slips & pay sheet.
Responsible for updation of every month Employees New Joiner and Resigned
Updating Bank Account no. of individual staff before salary process.
Generating of Staff Salary reports it will forward to Finance Dept. as per their need.
Preparing of Pay Slips
Preparing monthly employees MIS report.
Handling salary related queries from the employees.
Regularly update the employee master in the company software.
STATUTORY COMPLIANCE
Responsible for end to end statutory compliance like PF, ESIC, PT, LWF,Gratuity, Bonus etc.
Generating of new staff employee individual UAN no. & ESIC no. from PF & ESIC online portal.
Generating of new employee UAN no. card & ESIC no card from PF & ESIC online portal issuing to the staffs.
Updating of new joiner KYC details like Aadhaar card, Bank Passbook Copy, Pan Card in PF online Portal.
Preparing and submission of PF and ESIC monthly return filling in online portal and generating online challan.
Preparing and submission of PT return filling in online portal and generating online challan.
Guiding employees to get individual Claims from PF office like PF full & final settlement, PF transfer, PF Advance& PF death claim.
Employers digital Approvals in PF portal like Employees Name Changes, Date of Birth, PF Transfer, & KYC details.

SALARY RANGE: 17 Take Home
