Capita is hiring for HR Operations(Payroll and Administration) roles  for UK process -

Candidates with excellent communications can apply

Graduation is mandate

Data Entry and Validation of multiple fields on SAP and ORN
Calculate pay (Statutory, Occupational, etc) basis T&C of the line of business.
To deliver the highest quality HR/Payroll query resolution and administration service

Professional Know-how
Academic: Graduation (in any discipline)


 Primary Responsibilities
Data Entry and Validation of multiple fields on SAP and ORN
QC of court orders
Respond to queries logged by employees within 72 hours of the enquiry being logged on CRM.
Calculate pay (Statutory, Occupational, etc) basis T&C of the line of business.
Prepare, calculate and raise CHAPS & BACS payments where required.
To make sure employees are paid on time and accurate (Able to process all work before payroll cut off with 100% Accuracy).
Ability to use Outlook, ORN, SAP, Printer, Internet Explorer (To download SSP1, SMP1 fORNs - government fORNs subject to change time to time), Chrome (IOM Govt website), Microsoft Office - Excel, PDF & Word, WinZip, Capita Desktop

Role : HR Administrator Job Description :

Be the first point of contact for all customers of Capita HR Solutions, via varying communication channels, including phone email and face to face.
Work as an integral member of the Employee and Payroll Administration Centre (EPAC) team ensuring the highest quality of accurate information and administration support.
Investigate and respond to queries through various communication channels as appropriate.
Be responsible for the input of data into computerised systems and the maintenance of accurate records of all client contacts and transactions working to 100% accuracy targets.
Verify data entered into computerised systems is accurate.
Provide administration support, including filing and the opening and distribution of post.
Scan/process and attach pre-selected information on to computerised systems
Provide support where needed on the processing and distribution of contractual information.
Ensure that all work is carried out to meet individual KPIs and overall department SLAs
Work closely with other departments and businesses to ensure a seamless, quality, customer focused service.
Manage, build and supply management information data from systems as and when required
Complete any other duties deemed necessary.


Shift : 2 shifts (Working window 6.30 am - 12.30 am)
Work Days : 5 days (Mon to Sat; Sun fixed off + 1 more split off)

Education:

UG:   B.Sc - Any Specialization, B.Com - Commerce, B.A - Any Specialization, B.B.A / B.M.S - Management

PG:  Post Graduation Not Required
