Designation : Assistant/Deputy Manager
Years of Experience : 4 -6 years
We are looking for candidate who has experience in ORM ( Online Reputation Manager)

3. Handling Social Media accounts end-to-end, front end + back end + analytics.
6. Handle complaints / queries clearly and creatively on social media platforms & drive positive word of mouth in the social media through active engagement with customers / dealerships.
Well versed with social listening tools and usage for tracking and response management
Understanding of Customer handling, Relationship building / Networking and Communication skills.
Understanding and insights of luxury markets, its customer behavior and preferences
Strong sense of Creativity, Empathy, Urgency, Perseverance and Maturity
Analytical and trouble shooting skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to create a result driven and team oriented environment.
Set up the Social Media response Best Practice and Process using brand guidelines and agreed responses
T.A.T. for 95% replies < 2 Hours. Average T.A.T not greater than 5 Hours. (Yearly)
Facilitate / implement ideas that increase customer engagement through Customer Meets, Contests, etc. & drive positive responses on social media.
Clearing up old social media posts by effective response and resolution.
Close co-ordination with Customer Care team for follow up on repeat concerns and closure of key concerns
Customer Groups Coordination ( Various forums on Facebook, Twitter, WhatsApp, Team BHP & Others)
Liaise and co-ordinate with all internal stakeholders to have up to date information of effective response management. (Be a custodian of a set of F.A.Qs for the organization.)
MIS and Reporting to the Management on regular basis, including emergency and/or ad-hoc basis
