Job Description:
ServiceNow Platform Workflows, CMDB, Notifications/Alerts/Event Logs/ System Logs/ SLAs
Good experience in learning new modules and develop PoCs
ITSM Incident/Problem /Change Mgt & Catalog Mgt
Server-Side Glide Programming (Business Rules)
Data Policies / UI Policies/UI Actions
Client Scripts (Glide Ajax) and JSON Parsing Code
Debugging Client and Server-Side Programming
ServiceNow Security Methods (Roles, ACLs)
Update Sets for Deployment
Integration with Active Directory & Other tools- MID server
Migration and Data Load Methods Import Sets
Reports/Dashboards/Performance Analytics
Ability to adapt to new changes in technology/Process
Knowledge SNOW Versions, Market knowledge, Upgrade Steps
Coding Best Practices / Code Quality/Code Repos
Should be an independent contributor
Knowledge of Implementation and deployments Apps to ServiceNow Store
Knowledge of ITIL and SNOW Business Modules/Processes
Production Support Model Approach
Implementation Approach and Steps
Project Specific Domain/Business Knowledge
Experience on other Modules ITOM, ITBM, HR, and CSMEtc
Strong experience Integration with Third-Party tools REST
Strong experience in Migrations/Upgrades
Job Requirements:
Performs well in an agile environment with constant feedback and interaction with the team.
Ability to accurately estimate the level of effort/duration on ServiceNow development tasks. A positive attitude and perseverance required to perform at a high level whilst balancing multiple priorities
Understand interfaces between ServiceNow and other platforms
Perform UAT and Regression testing and drive the use of Automation tools where applicable.
Create documentation of the requirements, test cases, and implementation plans.
Assist with the Triage of Incidents and Requests and ensure Service Delivery meets the demanding needs of our users
Work effectively in diverse teams within an inclusive team culture where people are recognized for their contribution
