Desired Candidate Profile


  • Provides quality leadership for LGF Sysmac internal and external customers in all assigned tasks, while upholding LGF Sysmacs Values at all times
  • Achieves the Regions revenue and profitability quotas for LGF Sysmac products.
  • Directs the selling activities within the Region, inclusive of resource deployment and customer interactions. Prioritizes effectively and in accordance with corporate objectives.
  • Efficiently manages the regions sales and customer relationships. Works in conjunction with the sales team to ensure attention and growth in the key account segments and promotion of LGF Sysmacs products
  • Leads the Sales Territory Representatives and Specialists, inclusive of managing performance, mentoring, hiring and career development .
  • Accountable for achieving the Regional sales and profitability goals
  • Evaluate market trends and gather competitive information, identify trends that effect current and future growth of regional sales and profitability. Disseminate information to regional sales representatives, corporate marketing and sales operations.
  • Reaching the targets and goals set for your area.
  • Increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.
  • Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole.
  • Coordinating with all the fabricators.
  • Collecting customer feedback and market research
  • Maintain relationship with builders and developers.
  • Develop market with distributers in retail market and small fabricators.
  • Maintain project tracker for follow up of past, present and upcoming project.
  • Maintain master funnel report.

Candidate must be B. Tech/M .Tech
Candidate must be from the same Industry only.
Must have active contacts with Architects, Builders, and Fabricators & Consultants.
