Desired Candidate Profile

1. Strong fundamental knowledge and experience in Instrument Panel, Center Console, Door Trims & Pillar Trims, soft Trims, development and validation of passenger or commercial vehicles.

2. Strong experience in Tooling, Manufacturing/Assembly and Service Feasibility on Automotive interior Systems.

3. Expert in Catia V5 modelling in all modules (solid, surface design,assembly design and kinematics).

4. Strong fundamental knowledge and experience in automotive interior plastic parts design.

5. Experience in developing engineering models and generating concepts, master sections and generating engineering hard points for style surface maturation and finalization.

6.Responsible for Drawing preparation of components, assemblies and sub assemblies.

7. Strong design experience in product life cycle starting from concept phase to SOP in Automotive Interior systems.

8. Experience in drawing creation, GD&T application on plastic parts & tolerance stack-up analysis.

9. Design & CAD activities of automotive interior products with standard OEM work procedures and methodologies. Project coordination with global cross functional teams

10.Responsible to follow up all the standard work procedures, methodologies etc during the works

11. Collaborate with the teams to ensure quality as per company standards and timely product releases.

12.Good in communication,presentation skills and professionally competent to grasp customer behaviour and provide resolutions as the project demands.

13. Recommend, develop and implement process improvements.

14. Exposure to German language will be an added advantage.

Education:

UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Automobile, Mechanical

PG: M.Tech - Automobile, Plastics, Other Engineering

Doctorate: Doctorate Not Required
