Roles and responsibilities
Experience :
a)The candidate should be a graduate with good academic performance with a
Mechanical ,B.E/B.Tech , MBA will be added advantage.
b)Ideal candidate should have handled sales and business development in Engineering industry, But not necessary
c)Minimum 3 years of Sales and Business Development of Engineering Services or Professional Services
d)Should have at least 2-3 years of experience in International Sales like
Middle East, EMEA Region e)Should be a quick learner and demonstrate exceptional Selling abilities.
f)Should have excellent communication skills- Written and Spoken
g)Ability to understand engineering problems and client business needs, come up with right solution
Job Role:
a)Will manage the entire "Enquiry to Sales" cycle.
b)Will respond to client enquiries, understand customer requirements, carry out pricing and negotiation with customer, transition projects to Production teams, deliver the completed project to customer and ensure payment.
c)Will be involved in delivery partner management and identification.
d)Will interact with internal Marketing team and provide feedback to improve sales.
e)Willingness to work in
4PM to 1AM IST(Mon-Fri) f)Will be responsible for business growth, targets and profitability.
g)Will need coordination with operational functions.
h)Add new logo or clients on your own lead generation efforts
Education:
UG: B.Tech/B.E. - Production/Industrial
PG: Post Graduation Not Required,
Doctorate: Any Doctorate - Any Specialization,
