Servicenow ITSM Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITSM modules Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, Service Request Management or other ITSM applicationExperience with ServiceNow client and serverside JavaScript and the ServiceNow APIsThorough understanding of ITIL/ITSM processesConfiguration/Customization of the ServiceNow system, including creating workflowsExperience in Scoped applicationsExperience in Complex workflowsExperience on both Server side and client side APIsExperience on Business rules, Client scripts, UI Actions, Script Includes, etc.Experience in Transform mapsExperience in CMDB, Discovery and integration with other external modules.Hands on in Glide and Jelly Scripting, Java Script, HTML, XML, AJAX.Done Integrations with 3rd party tools using (web services, SOAP, email, MID, etc65533).Handson experience developing using JavaScript.Handson experience with web UI development technologies that include HTML, CSS, and AJAX.Knowledge of one or more of the following: HTML/CSS, AJAX, Jelly, JSON, AngularJSDesign and Architect Automation Workflows using ServiceNow Orchestration, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and Workflow EditorStrong understanding of scripting languages/frameworks such as JavaScript, Angular JS, Jelly, HTML 5, jQueryExperience in creating catalog items, record producers, flow designers and workflowsCertification 65533 Certified Application Developer (ServiceNow)
