Process design, review controls and suggest for improvements
Drive governance with all stake holders
Review KPI and suggest for improvements
Work with services sourcing and commercial teams to enable them to deliver YoY savings on spend
Help teams face/report healthy Audit and Compliance scores
Pilot projects to enable for users excellence in operations
What specific skills and traits should this person possess
Sound Understanding of Warehousing Operations.
Collaboration with cross functional stake holders.
Indepth understanding of Logistics within India, Transportation, Way Bill Management
Customer focus - Drive to meet customer expectations.
Basic understanding of Telecom equipment.
