Business Analyst @ DBS Asia

Job Description

To be able to effectively elicit and validate requirements and act as an effective bridge between technology and the various units it supports.
Facilitate requirements workshops to engage the various stakeholders to elicit and validate business requirements.
Lead and manage issues during UAT, and ensure all requirements have proper traceability.
Possess excellent business & technical subject matter knowledge.
Leverage the subject matter experts in T&O in delivery of structured and well-thought through solutions.
Become an effective bridge between users and technology.
Respond promptly to issues raised, through good understanding of business, operational and technical considerations, and recommend sound solutions.
Ensure traceability of requirements in each stage of the project.
Implemented solutions should meet business needs, thereby suggesting there are no gaps from the user requirements.
Ability to help solution for users whenever a business problem may require a technical solution, especially in pre-project stages.
Collaborate with business and technology to define the product / solution roadmap for T&M business
Able to recommend and define solutions after gaining insights from customer and employee journeys
At least 8 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
Excellent problem solving skills
Excellent communication skills in order to facilitate workshops
In-depth knowledge of the trade lifecycle, front to back office flows in the Treasury & Markets space.
CBAP certification & experience in Agile delivery will be an advantage.
