Job Description

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Computer Engineering stream;

Exp: 2-5 Years of relevant work experience;
Key Skill & Knowledge Profile:

1. Understand Basic Concepts of PLM
2. Experience in Windchill / PDMLink customization
3. Thingworx Knowledge
4. Programming Knowledge of Java, JSP, XML, and HTML
5. Knowledge of Windchill Data Model
6. Ability to create reports using query builder
7. Basic knowledge of any database (Oracle, SQL servers)
8. Working knowledge of any Bug tracking & End user support tool;

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Support
Analyze & understand existing Cutomer customizations
Design, Develop & enhance customizations based on requirements
Testing & resolving of issues in Windchill
Prepare and maintain all necessary documentations
Responsible for meeting development schedules and ensuring the delivered solution meets the technical specifications and design requirements
Adopt best practices on software development processes and ensure that quality processes is adhered
Understand the Cutomer deployment process and execute accordingly
Escalate issues in a timely fashion to the PLM Operations Team to ensure Business visibility
