JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for driving and managing all HR initiatives/employee engagement agenda, recruitment/selection and on boarding for PTE (part time employee) channel.
Manage business/HR MIS/ Reporting for the Channel
Custodian for monitoring progress on PMS, Employee Disciplinary Action Process (EDAP) & Compliance etc.
