Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• Building a strong channel sales team of motivated individuals with connects and network in the channel partner fraternity
• Maintaining and managing a centralized database of channel partners
• Identifying and adding new channel partners to increase the existing network
• Building a pipeline of customers, tapping into existing database and building newer channels of potential clients.
• Contributing marketing and sales inputs for building on strategic plans
• Devising channel sales incentive plans for mandate pitches
• Managing team and achieving the business targets
• Competitor Analysis.
• Identifying consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share
• Should have good CP networks
• Should have managed a ticket size of at least 1 cr
• Should come from a reputed IPC / Developer / Broker
• Have worked on projects on Golf course extension road

Desired Candidate Profile

• Extremely confident and well versed in dealing with clients.
• Must bring strong negotiating skills and ability to close.
• Well adept with marketing concepts especially targeted marketing.
• Proficient in follow up through with clients.
• Appreciative of building on existing client networks to leverage upselling.
• Ability to Handle a team/ Leadership Qualities/Management skill.
• Excellent Communication Skills.
• Minimum 3 years of Team handling and real estate experience is a must.
