Roles and Responsibilities

Maintenance of Belt Conveyor system, Vibrating screen, Slurry pump, Chemical process pump, geared motor, Filter press, Hydraulic system, EOT Crane, Scrubber

Coupling alignment of rotary equipment with dial gauge

Installation, Repairing, replacement of pump mechanical seal

Trouble shooting of hydraulic system

Identify & Eliminate repetitive breakdown of equipment

Implement preventative maintenance of all critical equipments

Maintain overall plant availability up to 90%

Train local technician

Reduce breakdown of equipments

Control the uses of spares & consumables

Minimize the spare consumption by repairing of equipment locally.

Implementation preventative maintenance schedule

Monthly shutdown jobs execution

Execution of preventative maintenance plan

Shutdown job planning & implementation

Reduce breakdown maintenance

Maintain inventory for spares & consumables

Eliminate repetitive breakdown maintenance by 70%

Eliminate repetitive breakdown maintenance

Control the spares & consumables inventory

Eliminate repetitive breakdown maintenance by 100%
