Product Manager - Authentic Card Management @ NCR Corporation

Position Summary

NCR Banking Product Management has opened this position at the Hyderabad for a Product Manager leading it s flagship Authentic Card Management Product. You will be part of Product Management group responsible for Product roadmap, Requirements planning and prioritization working collaboratively within the team.

We are looking for a seasoned hands-on Cards Leader who has prior experience in the next generation Cards Platform(s) with deep experience in the requirements lifecycle management in Agile model leveraging industry best practices. Key areas of expertise should include but not limited to Card Issuance (Debit, Credit, Prepaid), Card scheme Interfaces, Tokenization, Mobile Card Controls, Virtual Cards, and Wallets. Solid experience required for Customized Interfaces, Authorization, Switching / Routing, Message formats, Transaction types, Cryptography / HSMs, etc. Exposure to Public Cloud and digital technologies is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage in the Product strategy and roadmap planning exercise
• Engage in the overall solution architecture and design collaborating with Enterprise Architects, Engineering, and Subject Matter Experts
• Lead the overall Requirements life-cycle management working closely with the Engineering team and business stakeholders. Participate in PI planning session and the requirements drill-down offering techno-functional direction to the development teams
• Establish the Requirements change management procedures providing full traceability. Produce high quality and detailed requirements documentation
• Participate in the reviews for the upcoming releases / deliveries from the Engineering teams
• Publish the product development metrics on a recurring basis interlocking with the Engineering team and in coordination with the Ops team
• Anchor internal and customer POC s as required coordinating with the cross-functional teams internally
• Demonstrate the functions and features of the product to the internal teams, partners and customers, as required

Basic Qualifications

• Excellent IT experience (at least 12+ years, preferably more)
• Deep knowledge of the Cards industry (at least 10+ years)
• Excellent knowledge and experience of programming in Java on Real-Time OLTP Systems. Exposure to cloud technologies is preferred.
• Strong working experience in application architecture and design
• Demonstrable experience in understanding complex requirements
• Experience of team leadership and technical mentoring to the teams
• Excellent communication and personal skills
• Deep knowledge of PCI and PA-DSS/SSF requirements
